1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Boca Tanning Club website, booking services, or visiting any Boca Tanning Club salon in Florida, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our tanning beds without parental consent, in accordance with Florida Statute § 381.89.
  • Clients under 18 years of age must provide a signed, in-person parental/guardian consent form before using any tanning device.
  • We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID at check-in.

3. Health & Safety Requirements

  • All clients must follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines.
  • Protective eyewear must be worn during tanning sessions.
  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to tanning.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if tanning may pose a health risk.
  • Pregnant clients should consult with a physician before tanning.

4. State of Florida Compliance

  • We strictly follow Florida law regarding tanning device usage, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Minors under the age of 14 are prohibited from using tanning devices.
  • Session times and frequency limits comply with manufacturer recommendations and Florida regulations.

5. Memberships, Packages & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Monthly memberships will auto-renew until canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
  • We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violation of these Terms.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Walk-ins are welcome; however, appointments may be required for certain services.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.

7. Liability Waiver

By using our tanning services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Tanning carries inherent risks, including skin damage, burns, and increased risk of skin cancer.
  • Boca Tanning Club is not liable for personal injury, health complications, or property loss incurred on our premises.
  • You assume full responsibility for your tanning sessions and results.

8. Conduct Policy

  • Disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or clients will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, images, text, videos) is the property of Boca Tanning Club and may not be used without written permission.

10. Website Use

  • Our website is for informational and booking purposes only.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use or inability to use our website.

11. Privacy

  • We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Boca Tanning Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, FL.
